Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Local payment options for Brazil, such as PIX and boleto, will be available soon.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds at this time. Instead, we issue store credit valid for 90 days. For more details, please see our Return Policy.
Shipping
How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped from the United States.
Which shipping carriers do you use?
For U.S. orders, we ship via USPS. International orders are also shipped with USPS and include tracking. FedEx, UPS, and DHL options will be available soon.
How long does delivery take?
U.S. shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. International delivery times vary and may be subject to delays or limited tracking once the package is handled by your country’s postal service.
Do I have to pay import duties or taxes?
All international duties and taxes are non-refundable and may be included in your shipping cost or charged upon delivery, depending on your local regulations. Please check with your customs office for details.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after shipment. In such cases, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for undeliverable packages due to incorrect addresses. If a package is returned to us, reshipping will be at the customer's expense.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Yes — returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is unworn, in perfect condition, and includes its original tags and packaging. To start a return, email us at

Do you offer refunds?
We offer store credit only, valid for 90 days from the date of issue.

- Items without original tags or packaging
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Sale or discounted items
What if my item is defective?
If you receive a defective item, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll review the case and assist you as quickly as possible.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

How do I care for my FIKAH pieces?

How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Use it to monitor your delivery status.
