We hope you love every detail of your order, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Yes — we accept returns within 7 days of delivery if:
- The item is unworn and unused
- In perfect condition
- With original tags and packaging
To request a return, email us at hello@shopfikah.com with your order number and the reason. Photos are optional but help us process your request faster.
Final Sale Items
All sale and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please shop mindfully — final sale purchases are not eligible for store credit or refunds.
Do you offer refunds?
At this time, we do not offer refunds. Eligible returns will receive store credit, valid for 90 days from the date of issue.
In some U.S. states, consumer protection laws may require refunds or extended return windows. We will comply with all applicable local laws.
How does store credit work?
Once your return is approved and received, we’ll email you a store credit code for the product amount (excluding shipping). You can use this credit on any future purchase within 90 days.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Worn or used items
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Items damaged due to misuse (oxidation, bending, improper storage)
- Final sale or discounted items
- International returns (see below)
If your return does not meet our policy, we’ll notify you and return the item at your expense.
Defective Items
If you believe your item is defective, email us at hello@shopfikah.com within 3 days of delivery, including photos and your order number.
If the item is confirmed as defective, we’ll cover return shipping, as required by law.
Return Shipping Costs
- For change of mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- For defective or incorrect items, we cover return shipping after verification.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Shipping & International Orders
We currently ship via USPS to the U.S., Canada, Latin America, Europe, and Australia.
Shipping availability and rates for your country are shown at checkout.
If your country is not available at checkout, we unfortunately do not ship there at this time.
Customs duties, VAT, or import taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
We are not responsible for delays or holds due to customs.
For international returns, customers must cover return shipping in full.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as "delivered" by the carrier.
We recommend selecting shipping with tracking and insurance, especially for high-value orders.
Shipping Policy
Each order is processed within 1–3 business days and shipped from the United States.
U.S. Shipping
We ship all domestic orders via USPS.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.
Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days, depending on your address.
International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping via USPS with tracking.
Additional carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and DHL will be available soon.
Please note: Once your package leaves the United States, it is handled by your country’s postal service. Tracking updates may be limited during international transit.
Duties and taxes are non-refundable and may be included in your shipping cost or charged upon delivery, depending on your country’s import regulations.
We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
Important Information
- Please make sure your delivery address is complete and accurate.
- We are not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages due to incorrect addresses.
- If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, it can be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
- Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. You’ll be able to select the shipping option that best fits your needs before completing your order.
- Once an order has shipped, we are no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We do not issue refunds for packages that are lost in transit or stolen after delivery confirmation.
